What a beautiful, sweet little place!! I was so pleasantly surprised at how cute this place is!! I came for some last minute R&R and this place was so nice and accommodating! I have my little Schnauzer with me and they are pet friendly! A small fee comparatively to other places! Just across Ocean Blvd. to the beach. Very clean rooms with modern, aesthetically pleasing decor! Close to everything you could possibly need on 17. Will definitely stay here again!!!
Enjoyed my stay at Edgewater Inn. The location was great, right across from the beach. My room was clean with plenty of towels for my stay. My bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and several tables with umbrellas. The manager was accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.
CANNOT REACH OFFICE For 2 weeks!!!! VM FULL. NO ANSWER. Is nice Owner Terri ok? 866# it directs you to sounds like a scam, they hang up every time.... gave 5 stars from visit last year.
We were looking for a last minute get away that was family oriented and pet friendly. The staff was very friendly over the phone making our reservation. Upon arrival we checked in and again very pleasant! Our room was very clean, and had our essentials we needed. The Inn was very quiet and the other people staying were friendly and family oriented. We could not have been any luckier to have stumbled upon this gem and we will definitely be returning. We sincerely thank the staff for such a warm and hospitable stay!
My husband, my dog, and I stayed Saturday night and we had a wonderful experience. We arrived same day and were able to get a room at a super great price! The room was neat and clean with free wifi, cable, and a full size fridge! Check out time was 10 AM, and we checked out a few minutes late, but they were super kind and didn't charge us an extra night. Thank you! We will be back again!
Manager Terry was very kind and accommodating with our last minute reservation. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of room for my dog and convenient areas to walk him in. Great access to the beach and a lovely pool. We will definitely be back!
I’ve stayed at Edge Water Inn two years in a row now for vacation. Very clean rooms. Terry is extremely accommodating and Sarah is so willing to help and always with smile. I would highly recommend anyone planning a trip to stay here.

I was looking for somewhere to stay but I wasn't paying the high prices I found online so I decided to wait until I got on the beach before getting a hotel. Several other places I called did not answer. All I needed was a clean place to lay my head for 4 days, 3 nights. He accommodated me even though it meant switching rooms after the 2nd night. I was okay with that. The outside is a little dated but the rooms were really nice, had a kitchen and a few pots and silverware I needed to cook a meal. The hotel is right across from the beach and has a nice size pool. All I like to do is float so it worked for me. The owner was extremely accommodating and even called to let me check in early since he knew I had been driving all night. The price I paid was less than 2 days at other hotels. If I ever come to this area again, he would be the first person I called. Side note: I hope whoever stayed in room 1 the week through August 8 sees this... You should be ashamed of yourself! That is a vast understatement. I saw the room as they were cleaning it and having to throw everything away. A week's worth of food all over the bed, open cans of dog food with forks in it and smoking.... Disgusting doesn't even begin to describe how you left that room. I'm sure he lost money cleaning up the horrific mess you made.
This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, extremely neat and tidy rooms. Tons of fluffy pillows!! The owner and staff are just wonderful...helpful but not overbearing. And conveniently located only a few steps from the beach. This is the only place I stay. The perfect choice for either business or pleasure. And very reasonably priced for such a lovely experience!!
